Interested in Joining the Young Professionals Development Program?

The Young Professionals Development Program is designed for the future leaders of the industry, it focuses on developing both personal and professional skills to help you pursue a successful career within our industry. The program runs over 10 months and consists of 5 face to face workshops and 2 x Zoom sessions, finishing with Networking for Success at the annual convention. All Mentees will be expected to attend face to face sessions in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. Sessions in other states will depend on applications numbers in these states. Each session will run for approximately 4 hours. In addition, you will arrange one on one catch ups with your mentor between sessions.

• Catch up with your Mentor between sessions.
• During the session, actively participate.
• Post session, reflect on the session with your Mentor.

This is an exclusive program and places are limited. Due to this, a high level of commitment is expected from all participants. Lack of attendance may result in your place in the program being withdrawn.

Applications are open all year round.

If you apply after the current programs cut off date, you application will be considered for the next intake.
